People all around me are getting their first vaccine shot now. Hospitalizations are down. When will we finally get out out of the purple tier? I have to remember sometimes why I started blogging every day since the shelter in place mandate. I want to be reminded a year from now (Facebook alerts me) what I was going through, so I don’t forget.
Today was another beautiful California day. The weather was perfect, the squirrels were out, and even though I had to go into the office, it wasn’t too stressful. But my apartment is a mess because I slacked off this weekend. Sometimes I just hit a wall when it comes to cleaning. I guess I know what I’m doing tomorrow.
Tonight I looked over my older Instagram posts- pre-pandemic. Pics of me at the theater, pics with friends- sans masks. It can make me sad, although I do have to say that I have really upped my “sunset photography” game lately. I’m a way better photographer now since I have had more time to develop my craft- ha ha. I can’t believe we are coming up on a year now.
